Vietnamese-fresh-spring-rolls is my favorite.

With fresh vegetables and cooked prawns wrapped in rice paper, these vietnamese-fresh-spring-rolls are a really refreshing appetizer! Thai basil, a versatile herb along with mint, and cilantro adds great flavor to the rolls. I always enjoy the rolls with fresh lemon grass tea!
