Quick, Easy and Delicious wraps!

Tortilla wrap

What you need

  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 flour tortilla – 8 inch
  • 1 Chicken ham cut into stripes
  • 1 Tbsp shredded lettuce
  • 1 oz cucumber sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

How to make it

  • Toast the tortilla and spread mayonnaise evenly onto the tortilla and sprinkle ground black pepper over.
  • Top it with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, ham stripes
  • Fold in sides and roll burrito style.

Chapati Roll

Chapati roll is a quick snack recipe. You can prepare with left over chapati or fresh one.

What you need

  • 1 Chapati
  • 1 Egg Medium
  • 5 Slices of cucumber
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes sliced

How to make it

  • Scramble the egg ( cheese optional)
  • Heat the chapati in microwave for 15 sec
  • Place the egg scramble,cucumber and tomatoes in the middle.
  • Sprinkle ground pepper over. ( Can use chili flakes, too!) I prefer black pepper, for it stimulates the taste buds and enhance digestion.
  • Roll the chapati and serve hot!
